Last updated: 5 October 2026

Blatchford Silcare Breathe is a perforated silicone liner for below-knee prostheses, with small holes that allow moisture to leave the skin. Two versions exist. Walk uses soft silicone for activity levels 1 and 2, and Active uses firm silicone for levels 3 and 4. This kind of device is prescribed and fitted by a clinician. An enquiry starts that conversation. It is not a purchase.
