How ordering works
The steps
- Add products and parts to your enquiry list with the Add to enquiry button. The list stays in your browser until you send it.
- Open the enquiry list and fill in the form: name, email, country and city. Optional fields for seat width, user weight, tire size or your chair model appear when they help with the products you chose.
- You receive a number for your enquiry, such as MA-261006-2VVH, to quote in any follow-up.
- The owner checks availability with the maker or a dealer and replies by email with a price, delivery options for your country and any questions about fit.
- You decide. Nothing is charged or reserved before you accept a written quote.
What a guide price means
Some products show a guide price. It is a price that the maker or a retailer published on the date shown, in the currency they used. It is there to help you compare, and it is not an offer from Mobility Atlas. Delivery, taxes, import duties and options change the final figure. Products without a public price are marked Price on request.
Devices fitted by a clinician
Prosthetic components, orthoses, exoskeletons and complex seating are prescribed and fitted by clinicians. For these, an enquiry starts a conversation about what is available and through whom in your country. It is not an order.
Spare parts
If you cannot find a part, use Request a part and name the chair or device, the model and the part. For tires and tubes, give the size printed on the sidewall, for example 25-540.
Current status
The site is in preview. The enquiry form works on your device, but delivery to our inbox is being connected, so enquiries sent now do not reach us yet.
