Privacy notice

In short

The site has no accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking scripts. It asks for personal details in one place only: the enquiry forms.

Stored in your browser

Your enquiry list, saved products, recently viewed products, your last search and the numbers of enquiries you sent are kept in your browser’s local storage on your device. They are not sent to us. Clearing site data in your browser removes them.

Enquiry forms

The forms ask for your name, email, country and city, who the product is for, and optional details such as seat width, user weight or your chair model. We ask you not to include medical records or a diagnosis. These details are used only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote, which can mean passing the product request, without your name where possible, to the maker or a dealer.

The site is in preview: at present a submitted form is shown back to you and is not transmitted to us. This notice will be updated, with the name and address of the person responsible and the retention period, before delivery of enquiries is switched on.

Other servers

The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages. Product photos load directly from the websites of makers and retailers, so those servers receive a request from your browser; the page asks your browser not to send them the address of the page you are on.

Your choices

You can use the whole catalog without giving any personal details. Once enquiries are delivered to us, you will be able to ask for a copy or for deletion of yours at any time.
