Accessibility statement

Last updated: 6 October 2026

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The catalog is made for disabled people first, so this is a requirement and not an extra.

What was tested on 6 October 2026

  • Text contrast meets level AA in the light and the dark colour scheme on every type of page.
  • Pages reflow without sideways scrolling at a width of 320 pixels.
  • Every page has one main heading, a skip link, labelled form fields and error messages that name the field.
  • Search, filters, the enquiry list and the forms can be used with a keyboard, and nothing depends on dragging or on colour alone.
  • Animation respects the reduced motion setting.

Known limitations

  • The site has not yet been tested by screen reader users; the checks so far were automated and by keyboard.
  • Product photos come from makers’ sites. In lists they are treated as decoration, and on product pages they have a short description written by us.
  • Some small links in side lists are below the recommended 24 pixel target size on phones.
  • Source pages that we link to are outside our control and may not be accessible.

Tell us

If something blocks you, tell us what you were doing and with which browser and assistive technology. Fixing it takes priority over new features.
