Terms of use
The catalog
Mobility Atlas is an information catalog. Product descriptions, specifications, guide prices and availability notes come from makers’ and retailers’ public pages and are provided without warranty that they are complete or current.
Prices and quotes
Guide prices are not offers. A price is binding only in the written quote you receive, for the period stated in it. Sending an enquiry does not create an order or an obligation for either side.
Names, marks and photos
Brand and product names belong to their owners and are used to identify products. Mobility Atlas is independent and is not endorsed by the brands listed unless stated. Product photos are linked from their owners’ sites and remain their property; a maker who wants a photo link removed can ask and it will be removed.
Use of the content
The texts written for this site may be quoted with a link to the page. Copying the catalog in bulk is not permitted.
Status of these terms
These terms describe how the site works today. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will be completed with the seller’s legal details before quotes are issued.
