The Hocoma (DIH) Lokomat robotic gait trainer combines a treadmill, body-weight support and a robotic orthosis that guides the hips and knees through each step. Hip and knee joint angles can be adjusted during training. It is installed in clinics in three versions: LokomatPro for adults, the compact LokomatNanos and LokomatPro Pediatric for children.
