The Ottobock Helix3D 7E10 is a polycentric prosthetic hip joint whose multi-axis structure lets the hip move in three dimensions. A spring-hydraulic system controls the movement, and built-in expansion springs help start the swing. It weighs 2.18 lb, has a 130 degree range of motion and is made in left and right versions. Ottobock approves it only with C-Leg and Genium knee joints.
