Mobius Bionics · Multi-articulating bionic hands · PR-055
The Mobius Bionics LUKE Arm is a powered prosthetic arm system sold in three configurations: radial, humeral and shoulder. The shoulder version has 10 powered joints, from shoulder to individual index finger, and weighs 4.7 kg; the humeral weighs 3.4 kg and the radial 1.4 kg. The hand has six programmed grips. Control can come from EMG, wireless foot-worn IMUs, pressure sensors or switches.
For amputees from forearm to shoulder level, including those with too few muscle sites for standard myoelectric control, since foot sensors and switches can be used. Configuration, fitting and training are carried out by a specialist prosthetist.
This kind of device is prescribed and fitted by a clinician. An enquiry starts that conversation. It is not a purchase.
