The Samsung Bot Fit wearable robot is worn from the hips to the knees and is built around walking exercise. Booster mode helps the wearer keep a wider stride and quicker pace, while Aqua mode adds resistance. The Bot Fit app offers Power, Interval, Speed and Leisure Walking programmes. Press coverage from October 2024 gave an expected price of about KRW 3 million, so we use roughly USD 2,200 as a guide price.
Bot Fit is pitched at fitness-minded walkers who want either a boost or added resistance during walking workouts on level ground. It is reported as a fitness product, so people with a mobility impairment should ask a clinician whether it is appropriate.
This kind of device is prescribed and fitted by a clinician. An enquiry starts that conversation. It is not a purchase.
