Fillauer Hosmer Sierra Wrist Flex Unit body-powered wrist
The Fillauer Sierra Wrist Flex Unit is a body-powered prosthetic wrist from the Hosmer range that lets the terminal device be set in flexion. It locks in one of three positions, straight, 25 degrees or 50 degrees, and is only 36 mm (1.4 in) long. Rotation works on constant friction, so the hook or hand can still be turned by hand to a new angle.
