Gloreha (BTL Robotics) · Robotic gloves and hand exoskeletons · EX-044
The Gloreha Sinfonia robotic glove system, also sold as R-Touch Pro by BTL Robotics, moves the fingers of an affected hand for rehabilitation. In mirror mode it reads the movement of the healthy hand and reproduces it on the other side. A therapist can also wear a sensor glove and lead the patient's hand directly. Passive, active-assisted and game-based active modes are included, and the system is a CE-marked medical device from Italy.
Sinfonia is used by therapists with patients who have hand motor deficits such as hemiplegia, from fully passive mobilisation through to active game exercises. It is a clinical system, and a clinician decides on its use and settings for each patient.
This kind of device is prescribed and fitted by a clinician. An enquiry starts that conversation. It is not a purchase.

A few powered exoskeletons are cleared for use at home, mostly for spinal cord injury, on prescription and with a trained companion. Most others stay in clinics.
