The B-Temia Keeogo motorised knee orthosis, which the Canadian maker calls a dermoskeleton, adds power at the knees to movements the user starts. It does not move the legs by itself, so the wearer needs enough hip strength to begin each step. The frame uses light carbon fibre shells with padding, and the battery can be swapped while out. The maker lists walking, sitting, standing, stairs, ramps, kneeling and squatting among supported activities.
Keeogo suits people who can start their own steps but tire or lack knee power, for example with stroke, MS, Parkinson's, knee or hip osteoarthritis, incomplete spinal cord injury or muscular dystrophy. Sufficient hip strength is required, and fitting and training are done with a clinician.
This kind of device is prescribed and fitted by a clinician. An enquiry starts that conversation. It is not a purchase.

A few powered exoskeletons are cleared for use at home, mostly for spinal cord injury, on prescription and with a trained companion. Most others stay in clinics.
