The Fillauer TRS Guitar Pick Adapter is a prosthetic pick holder that screws into the wrist of an arm prosthesis in place of a hand or hook. A ball-and-socket joint lets you set the pick at the angle that suits your strumming and then lock it there. Set screws grip most ordinary picks, which are not supplied, and the adapter works without a control cable on either side.
For guitarists with an upper-limb prosthesis who strum or pick with the prosthetic side. It can go on a full prosthesis or on a roll-on locking liner. Ask your prosthetist which thread matches your wrist unit before ordering.
This kind of device is prescribed and fitted by a clinician. An enquiry starts that conversation. It is not a purchase.

No. The adapter accepts most picks and holds them with set screws, but you supply your own pick.
It is offered with a 1/2-20, 1/4-20 or M6-1.0 external thread. The half-inch version fits most standard wrist openings.
TRS says it can be used with a prosthesis or with a roll-on locking liner.
