Hocoma ArmeoPower robotic arm rehabilitation exoskeleton
The Hocoma (DIH) ArmeoPower robotic arm exoskeleton is a clinic device for the early stage of arm rehabilitation, including patients who cannot yet move the arm actively. Motors carry the weight of the arm and hand, and the level of robotic help can be set anywhere from full assistance to none. Exercises are game-like and cover single-joint, 2D and 3D movements. An optional ManovoPower module adds hand opening and closing.

Who the Hocoma ArmeoPower suits
ArmeoPower suits clinics treating severely impaired patients early in arm rehabilitation, before or as active movement returns. Therapists choose it, set the assistance level and supervise each session, so selection is made with a clinician.
This kind of device is prescribed and fitted by a clinician. An enquiry starts that conversation. It is not a purchase.

Hocoma ArmeoPower: common questions
What is the difference between ArmeoPower and ArmeoSpring?
ArmeoPower is motorised and can move a very weak arm with full robotic assistance. ArmeoSpring uses springs to offload arm weight for patients who start the movement themselves.
Can ArmeoPower train the hand?
Yes, with the optional ManovoPower module, which supports hand opening and closing at different levels.
Is ArmeoPower for home use?
No. It is a clinic device operated by therapists. Clinics can request a quote through our enquiry list.
