Lite Extreme LX
Rear wheels - fibre-spoked. Everyday rear wheelset with 12 radially laced PBO fibre spokes that damp vibration and leave room to reach through the wheel.
Last updated: 5 October 2026 · Total: 114 products
Rear wheels, the rims you grip and the rubber that meets the ground are covered together here. Wheels range from classic steel-spoked designs such as the Spinergy Wire Wheel to fibre-spoked models like the Spinergy Lite Extreme LX, carbon wheels and wheels with built-in composite springs for suspension. Handrims come in ergonomic profiles, coated high-grip versions and add-on covers. Tires are split into everyday pneumatic, puncture-resistant, high-pressure sport, knobbly off-road and solid types that cannot go flat. Inner tubes complete the list.

How-to & Maintenance · 8 min read
Soft tires and hair-wrapped casters make every push harder. This short routine keeps both in order and tells you when parts need replacing.
Adult rear wheels are most often sold as 24, 25 or 26 inch. The exact rim diameter in millimetres is printed on the tire as an ETRTO number, and that figure is the safe one to order by.
Pneumatic tires roll more easily and soften bumps but need pumping and can puncture. Solid tires need no maintenance and never go flat, but they ride harder and are usually heavier.
