Bodypoint Evoflex wheelchair pelvic belt

Last updated: 5 October 2026

The Bodypoint Evoflex is a wheelchair pelvic belt with stiffened end straps that hold their place when the belt is undone. The straps pivot forward and back on spring washers, so they swing clear for a transfer and do not fall into the wheels. Four buckles are offered, including DuraLatch for hands with limited function. An extender can add 12.5 cm to each side.

Bodypoint Evoflex: common questions

Why do the Evoflex belt straps stay out of the wheels?

The end straps are stiffened and mounted on spring washers, so they stay where you place them and do not hang down beside the wheel.

Which buckles are available on the Bodypoint Evoflex?

Four: a Push-Button buckle, an XS Metal Push-Button for child-size belts, the DuraLatch for people with reduced hand function, and a low-profile Swivel buckle.

Can the Evoflex belt be made longer?

Yes. Bodypoint sells a Belt Extender that adds 12.5 cm, about 5 inches, to each side.
