Bioness L300 Go functional electrical stimulation system
The Bioness L300 Go functional electrical stimulation system is a wearable cuff that stimulates the leg muscles to lift the foot during walking, with an optional thigh cuff for knee stability. 3D motion detection and a learning algorithm pick out gait events so that stimulation arrives at the right moment. Four configurations are offered, including a small lower cuff for children, and a phone app sets goals, tracks activity and controls the system.
