Q'Straint QRT-360 Wheelchair Tie-Down Retractor
The QRT-360 is a retractor for securing a wheelchair to a vehicle floor. Four are used, one at each corner of the chair. Each unit pays out 58 millimetre webbing ending in a J-hook, then tensions and locks by itself. Q'Straint states the system is crash tested at 30 mph and 20 g and meets WC18 and ISO 10542-1. It anchors to L-Track, Slide 'N Click or L-Pocket floors.
