The Stricker City Max is a clip-on wheelchair handbike powered entirely by the rider's arms through a hand crank and chain. A Shimano Alfine 8-speed hub combined with a derailleur gives 24 speeds for hills. Once attached, its 20 in wheel raises the chair's front castors off the ground, which makes rough surfaces easier to cross.
For wheelchair users who want exercise and independent travel under their own arm power, on city streets or hilly routes. Standard load is 120 kg, with higher limits available on request.
