Frog Legs Inc. is a United States maker of aftermarket wheelchair parts. Its website says the company was founded in 1996 by Mark Chelgren and that its forks and casters are manufactured in Bloomfield, Iowa. The history page records a first patent for suspension caster forks in 1997. The range covers suspension fork systems, caster wheels, bearings, cup holders and caster wheels for power chairs.
The catalog lists Frog Legs under casters, forks and front attachments. Examples are the Phase I Suspension Fork, the Frog Legs II Carbon Fiber Suspension System, the EPIC Aluminum Wide Softroll Caster, the Whisper Shock Absorber Wheel and caster wheel bearing kits. Forks must match the chair's caster stem and the caster diameter, and a change of fork can alter front seat height. When asking for a quote, give the chair make and model, the current caster size and the stem bolt diameter.
