The Arjo Nimbus 4 is an alternating-pressure mattress replacement system with a pump that sets cell pressure automatically to the patient. It has 19 deep figure-of-8 cells, five of them heel cells with individual valves, and runs in alternating or continuous low pressure mode on a 10 minute cycle.
