Adaptive Switch Labs (ASL) · Head controls · AC-070
The ASL 110 FUSION Head Array from Adaptive Switch Labs is a head control for power wheelchairs that can run as a digital switch array or as a proportional control. The force needed to drive proportionally is set separately for each direction. A third mode sends signals over Bluetooth, and ASL states the array works with all wheelchair electronic platforms.
For head drivers who need fine tuning, for example people with MS, ALS, cerebral palsy, arthrogryposis or high-level spinal cord injury, as listed by the maker. A clinician or rehab technician usually sets the modes and forces.
