Ottobock WalkOn 28U11 carbon fibre ankle-foot orthosis
The Ottobock WalkOn 28U11 is an off-the-shelf ankle-foot orthosis made from carbon-fibre prepreg. A carbon spring runs from the Achilles tendon area up to the calf, lifting the foot during swing and giving energy back at push-off. It is worn inside an ordinary shoe and comes in four adult sizes covering EU 36 to 48, each as a left or a right. Prices are quoted on request.
