The VARILITE Evolution Wave is an air-foam flotation wheelchair cushion that sits on a solid positioning base. Foam of three firmness grades is zoned through it: soft under the sitting bones, medium along the thighs and firm around the edge. Its Pressure Setting Valve has three pre-set positions and releases air automatically to reach the chosen level. A 2 inch closed-cell foam wedge that can be cut to shape is available as an accessory.
